Grand Caribe Suites and Residences
Located 1 mile north of San Pedro, Grand Caribe is a convenient location for those that seek the slower pace of island living, and yet it is close enough to town for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of this thriving community.
The complex is located on 2 ˝ acres of land with 500 ft of white crushed coral sand, swaying coconut trees and a fantastic view of the azure Caribbean Sea.
Features include one main pool and 2 smaller “quiet” pools. There shall be 8 buildings constructed in a classic “horse shoe” configuration in order to maximize the sea view, tropical breezes and allow for a feeling of wide open spaces. There shall be a marina located on the main pier which shall serve as the launching area for transportation to town as well as diving, fishing and snorkeling experiences. Town is also accessible by road and the installation of bridge allows for easy 24 hour per day access to and from San Pedro.
Phase I of the project includes Buildings A, B and C plus the seawall and pier. The Grand Caribe Suites and Residences are condominium buildings comprised of 9 units each and there are 3 configurations:
